Privacy policy
Privacy at PrintSpecLab
Effective July 15, 2026. The MVP is designed around local browser processing and data minimization.
Files you inspect
Image and PDF files selected in the tools are read by browser code on your device. They are not uploaded to a PrintSpecLab server, stored in a database or included in telemetry.
Technical events
The site can record page views, tool starts, completions, sanitized error codes and performance ratings. Event payloads must not contain file names, file contents or sensitive input values. Optional external analytics remains off until you consent and a provider is configured.
Cookies and local storage
A necessary local-storage record remembers whether you allowed optional analytics and advertising. See the Cookie Policy to change the choice.
Advertising
Production advertising scripts remain disabled until the project has an approved publisher account, a valid identifier and marketing consent. Advertising providers may process data under their own policies after consent.
Contact
If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message. Do not send confidential files. Contact details are available on the Contact page.
Retention and changes
Operational event retention is limited by the configured analytics provider and documented project rules. Material policy changes will update the effective date on this page.
